At SM Roofline, we recently replaced fascia, soffit, and guttering for a property in Harlow, Essex, for one of our clients. This not only improved the functionality of their property, but it also made it look a lot better!
First, we carefully removed all the existing fascia, soffit, guttering and downpipes to expose the rafter feet. Any rotten or damaged rafter feet were repaired to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation.
We then replaced the old materials with high-quality 18mm fascia in white, 10mm soffit in white uPVC and black guttering and downpipes. We also incorporated ventilation at the eaves for optimal airflow and installed drip trays and bird combs where necessary, protecting against water damage and pests.
